Vanellope Von Schweetz has finally raced her way into Disney Dreamlight Valley and fans cannot wait to unlock her and start her questline. This new questline will have you helping out Vanellope as she tries to find out why her glitching is all out of whack.
You may remember Vanellope from the film Wreck-It Ralph. She is one of the main protagonists who has the power to glitch her way through the different video game worlds. Like any other character in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you will need to complete specific tasks to unlock her. This guide will show you how to get Vanellope in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How to unlock Vanellope in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Vanellope is part of the DreamSnaps update and will only appear in the game once it is fully updated. After updating the game, head into the valley and you will get a new quest for Scrooge called The Haunting of Dreamlight Valley. Start by talking to Scrooge.
Scrooge will tell you that he saw a ghost in Dream Castle at the top of the stairs near the fountain. All you need to do is head into Dream Castle and make your way to the top of the stairs. You will find Vanellope next to the fountain. Talk to her to complete the quest. This will start her questline with the quest called Faith, Trust, and Pixel Dust.
As the first task in this quest, you will need to submit a DreamSnap photo with the following requirements:
- Playful 5/5
- Familiar 5/5
This can easily be done by going designing a room in your home with the Wreck-It Ralph items that are available in Scrooge’s store. Once you have submitted the photo, head back to Vanellope. She will then ask you to place her home in the valley.
Once Vanellope’s home is placed, go over to the Scrooge sign and interact with it. You will need to pay 4,000 Star Coins to build her home. With the house built, Vanellope will become available in the valley.
