The price of skins has been a major talking point for games like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Fortnite, and even Marvel Rivals. The major different between the three games listed is that one of them costs $70 while the others are free. You can probably guess which one is the full-price game. If you need a hint, it is not the ones made by Epic Games and NetEase. The latest TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) skin bundles for Black Ops 6 are drawing fan backlash for their high prices.
Previously Black Ops 6 came under fire for tracer packs that many called pay-to-win. This is thanks to the bullet effects that essentially blinded players on the enemy team, giving those who purchase the bundles a major in-game advantage.
Black Ops 6 TMNT skin prices are too high
The TMNT skin bundles were just added to Black Ops 6 and fans like HayleyHK433 are already sharing their distaste of the price on the Black Ops 6 SubReddit. Each of the bundles in question comes with one of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters (Raphael, Michelangelo, Donatello, or Leonardo), the weapon associated with the character (Katana, Bo Staff, Sai, Nun-chucks), weapon blueprints, a death FX, weapon charms, emblems, and a possible emote.

Each tracer pack will cost you 2,400 COD Points. That is where the issue is. Each of these tracer packs will cost you $20. If you decide to purchase them all, you are spending around $80. That is more than the cost of the base game and it is for a handle of cosmetics.
Users in the comments agree with the original statement of the prices being outrageous. One stated, “Even a 30 bundle with all of them would’ve been justified but this is criminal.” Another user stated, “This is why COD is &$%@. Microtransactions are becoming too common.” One more user called out Call of Duty for adding too many “macrotransactions” to the game.
