It is about time that Marvel Rivals gets some new maps. There are plenty of heroes for players to choose from with The Thing and Human Torch being added soon. The devs have even stated that new heroes will be added every six weeks. With all that being said, leaks for Marvel Rivals have been flooding in with the mid-season update on the way. Multiple map leaks for Marvel Rivals showcase additional locations for the heroes to battle it out.
While Marvel Rivals is sitting in a good spot, map variety has been a major complaint. After all, the game only has a handful of locations that it sends you. Marvel Rivals is also sitting on a lot of unreleased cosmetics.
Marvel Rivals maps leaked
Popular Marvel Rivals leaker X0X_LEAK on X has been hard at work getting more information about the game up on their X page before the mid-season update arrives. Earlier, the leaker unveiled two different maps they found in the game files, each with a level path indicating their place in the game. The first of the leaked maps is Loomworld. The second map leaked is Savage Land.
Loomworld is home to the Inheritors who are best known for hunting spider-people across the multiverse. This map could tie into the next season which might be focused on Spider-Man. The other map, Savage Land is a tropical pre-historic location full of volcanos hidden in Antarctica. This map could potentially link to the characters known as the Beyonders.
The third map leaked later in the day and it is for Mojo World. This land is known for being the home of the Spineless Ones – humanoid beings with yellow skin, no hair, and no spine.
It is important to note that the leaker stated that both maps are “subject to change,” so there is no guarantee they will stay in the game folders or perhaps they will change when more information is known about them. Either way, this map leak for Marvel Rivals shows that we will see more maps in the future which is exciting.
